PURPOSE: An enhanced compensating device for regulating flow of drinks in dispensing taps is provided to form the optimum outflow of beverage without generating a vortex and turbulence flow. CONSTITUTION: An enhanced compensating device(1) for regulating the flow of drinks in dispensing taps is composed of a substantially conical shaped front head(11) oriented towards the flow of the drink, a rear cylindrical body(12) oriented toward the shutter(21) for the opening or closing of the tap. The compensating device being positioned along a cone frustum shaped segment(22) of a conduit for the outflow of the drink and being axially adjustable to regulate the flow of the drink by varying outflow port thereof comprises at least two small ducts mutually converging starting from corresponding inlets obtained along the outer surface of the compensating device, joining each other at an outlet, located in correspondence with a free end of the cylindrical, and at least two converging current flows of drink. Therefore, the enhanced compensating device reduces the possibility of vortices and turbulence of the out-flowing drink by mixing partially the two converging current flows.
