PURPOSE: An LCD panel and an LCD device with the same are provided to independently connect horizontally aligned storage capacitors for easily detecting and correcting the line damage among the storage capacitor lines and the gate lines. CONSTITUTION: An LCD device includes a timing control part(100) for outputting first and second control signals for scanning and image signal output, a scan driver(400) for outputting the scanning signals according to the first control signal, an image driver(300) for outputting the image signals according to the second control signal, and a liquid crystal display panel(500) having a plurality of data lines for transmitting image signals, a plurality of gate lines for transmitting scanning signals, switching elements connected to the gate lines via first terminals and to the data lines via second terminals, liquid crystal capacitors connected to third terminals of the switching elements, and storage capacitors connected to the third terminals of the switching elements at an end of each, wherein the other end of each of the storage capacitors aligned horizontally is connected to at least adjacent one of the other ends of the storage capacitors via an independent line. |
