They may be obtained by reacting an appropriate m-hydroxyphenylurea with an appropriate carbamoyl halide, or by reacting the chlorocarbonic ester of an appropriate mhydroxyphenylurea with an appropriate amine. An example is given for the preparation of the compounds. They are useful as herbicides, particularly for protecting crops from weeds. |
