<p>An oscillation device which comprises an MMIC chip and a dielectric resonator coupled electromagnetically thereto and disposed on the same carrier as an oscillator and in which the conductor wall on the MMIC side is removed from the conducter walls in the vicinity of the dielectric resonator, characterized in that the side faces in three directions are surrounded by separated conductor walls and an upper conductor plate. Such a miniaturized oscillator is previously assembled as a sub-module of a transmitter/receiver and encased in the shield case of the entire transmitter/receiver.</p> |
