System for generation of electronic orders for goods comprises a first memory with goods information, e.g. price, optional information, a second memory with a customer purchase history and optional memories with customer background information and other relevant information. Where optional memories are available means are provided for customer entry of relevant information, such as preferences, etc. Lastly order predictions can be made based on the information, suggestions made to customers and customer interaction used to finalize an order. An Independent claim is made for an online ordering method, especially for use with supermarkets, etc.
