PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing corrosion of paint liquid circulation circuit in an electrodeposition coating. SOLUTION: The method for preventing corrosion of a metal composing the circulating circuit of the electrodeposition paint in lead-free cation electrocoating, is characterized by contacting at least one part of the inside of the circulating circuit for the electrodeposition paint with a baser metal than the metal composing the circulating circuit. The above method for preventing corrosion includes that the metal composing the circulating circuit is iron, an 'the baser metal' is zinc.
