PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pressure control device capable of controlling an exhaust pressure in an optimal range despite a simple structure. SOLUTION: This exhaust pressure control device is provided with a butterfly valve (42) installed in an exhaust system (20), in which a turning center (43) is arranged eccentrically to the center Y of a pressure receiving face in the exhaust system so as to add a torque to an opening direction by an exhaust pressure, and the energizing means (45 and 46) for adding a constant torque of a closing direction responded to a target exhaust pressure to the butterfly valve.
