PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine throttle control device which can avoid upsizing of the whole engine when arranging a drive motor. SOLUTION: This engine throttle control device has a fuel injection valve 11 and a throttle valve 7 on an intake passage 5a and is composed such that the opening degree of the throttle valve 7 is controlled by a drive motor 22 based on the operation amount of a throttle member by an artificial operation. In this case, the drive motor 22 is disposed at the same side as the fuel injection valve 11 on the intake passage 5a.
