摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for correctly and economically measuring the crystallization temperature of high purity gold. SOLUTION: This measuring method for recrystallization temperature of high purity gold is such that powdery, a shot state, or a plate state high purity gold is melted, cast in an ingot, the ingot is rolled to a final cold rolling reduction ratio of 90% or more, an obtained high purity gold sheet is measured by a thermal analytical method, and exothermic peak temperature in thermal analysis is decided as the recrystallization temperature. This method is effectively utilized as the measuring method for recrystallization temperature of high purity gold used as gold wire for electric and electronic components.
