PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a plastic liquid crystal panel at the minimum investments in equipment and the lower cost by using a current glass plate process. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the plastic liquid crystal panel comprises a patterning process of a transparent electrode formed on plastic boards 13 and 14, a forming process of an orientational film, an orientation treatment process of the orientational film, a forming process of both a gap agent and a sealant, a superposition process, and a liquid crystal injection process. It is characterized by that the plastic boards 13 and 14 are attached to support bases 11 and 12 with an adhesive 15 to perform from the patterning process of a transparent electrode up to the orientation treatment process of the orientational film at the minimum.
