MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive manufacturing method of a heat exchanger having a high heat exchanging efficiency by employing a finned tube made by winding a spiral fin around the outer periphery of a heat transfer tube. SOLUTION: The process wherein the heat transfer tube 1 is expanded is added subsequently to the process wherein the plate fin 2 is wound spirally around the heat transfer tube 1 whereby the contact thermal resistance between the plate fin 2 and the outer periphery of heat transfer tube 1 can be reduced and the heat exchanger having a high heat exchanging efficiency can be manufactured without effecting any metallurgical connection such as welding or the like.
