PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the temperature of a wine while surely preventing the wine in a bottle from spilling, and make it easy to replace a displaying section with a differenly formed design unit. SOLUTION: A temperature displaying unit 20 in which a bimetal is disposed, is fitted into a main body section 2. A heat detecting section 15 extends from a silicone stopper section 13 disposed at the main body section 2, and the inner edge of the heat detecting section is connected to the edge of the bimetal projecting from the temperature displaying unit 20 when the unit 20 is fitted into the main body section 2. The heat detecting section 15 is inserted into the bottle, and the aperture is corked using the stopper section, and then the temperature of the wine is measured. The temperature displaying unit 20 can be easily removed by pressing it through a small hole 9 on the back surface, and the heat detecting section 15 is automatically connected to the bimetal when inserting, and thereby it can be replaced with a plurality of kinds of temperature displaying units having a variety of forms. A handle 5 is mounted on the upper region of the main body section 2, and thereby the silicone stopper section 13 is easily drawn out from the bottle.
