PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible flame-resistant adhesive sheet having good solvent resistance and advanced flame resistance, generating no toxic gas based on a halogen in burning and leaving no ash content. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a flame-resistant adhesive sheet having an adhesive agent layer on at least one side of a base film, 1 mass % or less of halogen atom content and 1 mass % or less of ash content, and containing at least two kinds of resins selected from a group consisting of a polyamide elastomer, a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a polyamide and a polymerized fatty acid-based polyamide as the base film and a nitrogen-containing compound and/or a phosphorus-containing compound as a flame retardant agent.
