PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-based ink comprising ethanol as the main solvent, which gives handwriting excellent in fixing properties and free from bleeding. SOLUTION: The oil-based ink comprises at least an oil-soluble dye, a resin, a silicone-based surfactant having an HLB of at least 5 but not higher than 9 and a solvent at least 50% of which is composed of ethanol. |
