PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal injection system and a liquid crystal injection method by which a batch processing is made possible in a short cycle time. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal injection system 1 of the invention is provided with: a first chamber 22 which is set up at a fixed state of vacuum after a group of panels P is conveyed: a second chamber 24 which is set up and kept at a prescribed regular state of vacuum and which is used to set up a cell c of a panelρconveyed through the first chamber 22 at a predetermined degree of vacuum: a liquid crystal vessel 47: and a third chamber 26 which accepts in the given vacuous state a group of panels P conveyed through the second chamber 24 and which is exposed to an atmospheric pressure or under a stated pressurized atmosphere so that a liquid crystal is injected into the cell c of the panelρafter a group of panels P is accepted.
