PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a simple frame house heat insulating panel capable of simply mounting the panel on a predetermined place without requiring for skill when the heat insulating panel is stuck on the steel plate made-simple frame house, easily making the fine adjustment of the position, being easily and clear removed even if the house is dismantled and repeatedly using the heat insulating panel. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 2 is fittingly fixed to the predetermined place of the back of the heat insulating panel 1 of a foam resin, and successively the heat insulating panel is cohesively fixed to the ceiling surface and/or an interior wall surface of the steel plate made-simple frame house. When a reinforcing rib plate is projected to the interior wall surface, a steel made-thin plate is previously adherently fixed to the predetermined place of the back of the heat insulating panel, a double faced absorption member having the approximately same thickness as the height of the rib plate constituted of permanent magnets mounted on both surfaces through an elastic material is absorbed in the thin plate to absorb the other surface in the interior wall surface of the house, and it is floatingly fixed.
