PURPOSE: An automatic test apparatus of a wireless device and a control method thereof are provided to test simply breakdown of an object module of a wireless device by applying a wireless unit jig capable of inserting the object module. CONSTITUTION: An MPU(Microprocessor)(14) outputs a test control signal according to a program set previously. The MPU(14) also analyzes the result signal in response to the test control signal. A wireless tester(16) discriminates a fault of an object module and then outputs a test result data. A wireless unit jig(20) supplies the object module with the wireless signal by connecting the wireless tester(16) with the object module. The wireless unit jig(20) also inputs the wireless signal outputted from the object module to the wireless tester.
