摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium, which can ensure an excellent recording and an excellent reproduction compatibility even in high speed recording and, in addition, prevent noise from generating and in which no deterioration of sound quality occurs, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the optical information recording medium having at least a recording layer, a reflecting layer and a protective layer on a transparent substrate which is mainly made of a coloring matter material having a heat release value measured with a thermobalance at a thermal decomposition temperature of 50 to 400 J/g and which has the recording layer made of the coloring matter material directly or through another layer on the board having guide grooves on the surface thereof and has the reflecting layer on the recording layer and further has the protective layer made of an ultraviolet curing resin and a printing layer on the reflecting layer, the thermal decomposition temperature of the coloring matter material consisting of the recording layer is 350 deg.C or lower and the weight of the printing layer is 1.5% or more of the weight of the substrate and, at the same time, the reflectance to a recording regenerative light is 75% or less. The coloring matter material employed in the optical information recording medium is one represented by formula (1).
