PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meteorological radar data processor processing radar data about a meteorological phenomenon with no characteristic features, for expressing the target meteorological phenomenon in a simple form suited for analysis. SOLUTION: Space is measured with a meteorological observation means 101 to calculate echo strengths corresponding to three-dimensional spherical coordinate lattice points within a designated range. Of the echo strengths, only the echo strengths resulting from the designated meteorological phenomenon are extracted by a data strength calculating means 102 and converted into data strengths. A Gaussian parameter calculating means 103 expresses the data strengths as mixed Gaussian shape functions derived from an overlap of Gaussian shape functions. A Gaussian parameter which defines each Gaussian shape function is displayed in a mixed Gaussian display means 104.
