PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of reducing noise and suppressing electric power consumption by decreasing switching of the data between circuits. SOLUTION: A transmitting side has a resistor 1, resistor 2, resistor 3, subtractor 4, resistor 5 and a comparator 6. The value of the image data accumulated in the resistor 1 and the resistor 2 is subtracted in the subtractor 4. The subtracted result accumulated in the resistor 5 at one time before and the subtracted result at this time are compared by the comparator 6. In the case that the rate of the change of the image data is constant, a flag signal is transmitted to a receiving side and transmission of the image data is not executed. Therefore, the change in a corresponding signal can be reduced, and electric power consumption can be reduced while decreasing an external emission noise.
