PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid bleaching detergent composition exhibiting an excellent bleaching and cleaning power against fungi growing at a soft resin part, and also reducing the damaging against resins such as an ABS, a polystyrene, etc. SOLUTION: This liquid bleaching detergent composition contains specific amounts of (a) an alkali metal salt of hypochlorite and (b) a quaternary ammonium type surfactant in a specific concentration ratio, and also a specific amount of (c) an alkali metal hydroxide and water.
