PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion device or a heat insulating material, high in adhesion strength of this material, excellent in adhesion, workability and contributing to the global environmental protection and safety and health. SOLUTION: The adhesion device for a heat insulating material is obtained by adhering the heat insulating material to a metallic sheet through an aqueous emulsion type adhesive, wherein discontinuous air bubble sand water-absorbing materials (alumina, magnesium hydroxide, etc.), are dispersed in the above heat insulating material. The adhesion device for a heat insulating material is obtained by adhering the heat insulating material to a metallic sheet through an adhesive type manifesting adhesivity by ultraviolet radiation, wherein the discontinuous air bubbles are dispersed in the above heat insulating material.
