<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fixing jewels in a watch movement part and a device for implementing the same. SOLUTION: The method consists in using a setting device for jewel holes or a prismactic jewels including at least a reference plane, on which the jewels to be fixed is wedged, and includes at least a spatial positioning means for the jewels, such as studs or cavities on the reference plane. Once the jewel is set in a predetermined position, a laser beam is applied to a housing end thereof to secure the jewel to the housing. A fusible material can be added to the housing edge.</p> |
