LIQUID DEVELOPER FOR ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid developer for electrostatic charge images which is well dispersed with toners, has good solid uniformity, high image density, stability and high resolution and is capable of imparting the highly chromatic images and an image forming method using the same. SOLUTION: The mass average grain size of toner particles of the liquid developer for the electrostatic charge images prepared by dispersing the toner particles consisting of coloring agents and resins into a carrier liquid having a high resistance and low dielectric constant is 1 to 8μm and the grain size distribution is a two-peak grain size distribution having peaks respectively at a fine powder side and a coarse powder side.
