PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device for outdoor machine of air conditioner which is simple in structure and satisfactory in workability while being inexpensive for production and easily dismantled and sorted when being disposed as wastes. SOLUTION: The packing device is composed of a box-shaped bottom outer corrugated board 1 having a pair of fitting indents 2 respectively at paired opposite side walls thereof, and a pair of holding pieces 4 each approximately in a T-shape formed by incision at its bottom; and a pair of block-like bottom cushioning members 10a, 10b each having a pair of protuberances 11 to be respectively fitted into the fitting indents 2 provided at the bottom outer corrugated board 1 respectively at each of their outer side walls, and a holding part 12a each for holding each of the holding piece 4 of the bottom outer corrugated board 1 respectively at each of their inner side walls.
