PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet image forming device capable of preventing the lacking of an image caused by the insufficient application of developer to a developer carrier by setting developer supply amount Y (cc/min) to a developer coating body to be larger than consumption X (cc/min) at developing time. SOLUTION: The liquid developer to be consumed by development is applied to a developing roller 106 from anilox roller 104. At such a time, the developer supply amount Y (cc/min) per unit time supplied to a tank part 101 is set to be larger than the consumption X (cc/min) at the developing time consumed from the roller 106, so that the liquid developer more than that applied to the roller 106 side is always supplied to the roller 104. Thus, the insufficient application of the developer to the roller 106 is prevented.
