PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multichannel sound recording and reproducing device which is small in size, light in weight, law in electric power consumption and superior in portability. SOLUTION: A non-volatile semiconductor memory is used as a memory medium and further an S-RAM which does not require refresh operation is used as a buffer to be used in writing and reading out, by which the electric power consumption is reduced as a whole, and reduction in size and weight is achieved. |
