If it is judged that the certification process is correctly executed in a step S65, the owner is notified that the visitor comes in a step S66. Common information of the visitor inputted in a step S67 is transmitted to the owner in a step S68. If an instruction of action for receiving a load is received from the owner in a step S69, a door is unlocked in a step S70 and a process required for receiving the load is executed in a step S71. The door is locked in a step S72 and action result information is sent to the owner in a step 73.
