PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Chikuwa (tubular roll of boiled fish paste) containing salami and cheese and having unique palatability, taste and flavor. SOLUTION: The Chikuwa 1 containing salami and cheese is composed of at least four layers comprising an inner layer 3 made of fish paste, a salami layer 4 and a cheese layer 5 concentrically wound on the inner layer and an outer layer 6 made of fish paste and formed on the cheese layer 5. The inner layer 3 and the outer layer 6 made of fish paste are brought into contact with each other at both ends of the Chikuwa and the Chikuwa has a concentric cross-section.
