PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen dessert production system that allows for force- feeding sauce safely and smoothly and also simplifying the whole construction including sauce containers. SOLUTION: This frozen dessert production system has a sauce force feed unit 2 which includes an air compressor 51 and closed vessels 53A to 53C for housing sauce containers 54, wherein the sauce force feed unit 2 works as follows: the air pressure in each of the closed vessels is raised by the air compressor to apply air pressure to the sauce container to force-feed sauce, and each of the closed vessels includes a relief valve 68 making the outside and inside of the closed vessel communicate with each other through a specified abnormally high pressure in the closed vessel.
