PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new simple amplification method for nucleic acid, replacable a conventional PCR method, improving an amplification factor of the nucleic acid such as increase of the volume and shortening the time. SOLUTION: This amplification method linear functionally amplifies a single- stranded nucleic acid in the same direction by using plural primers complementary to an arbitrary single-stranded nucleic acid of a single-stranded or a double- stranded nucleic acid in the same direction and setting slightly differing melting temperatures (Tm value) in recognition of the template nucleic acid. |
