Its barrel functions as stator and has space for discharging waste gases and winding installed on inner side of barrel; rotor follows stator shape. Field windings are mounted on external side of rotor and rotary-turbine power units are placed between shells; rotor and central shaft built integral with fuel tank are intercoupled through planetary reduction unity; turbocompressors mounted on rotor and on central shaft are connected to power units.
