<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treating device which can maintain a filtering function of a separation membrane for a long period of time by preventing or reducing clogging without injuring the separation membrane in a water treating device for purifying waste water by biological treatment and further filtration with the separation membrane. SOLUTION: The water treating device A1 is provided with an aeration tank 1. Raw water being the waste water is supplied from a raw water supply device 6 into the aeration tank 1. Membrane separation modules 2, 2a, 2b are arranged side by side in the aeration tank 1. The membrane separation modules 2, 2a, 2b have structure that a large number of hollow yarn membranes are accommodated in a bundle in a case having suction ports 21, 21a, 21b. An air diffusing pipe 31 having a large number of air holes is disposed at a bottom part of the aeration tank 1. A suction device 4, a backwashing device 5 by a liquid chemical and a backwashing device 8 by air are joined to the auction ports 21, 21a, 21b of the membrane separation modules 2, 2a, 2b.</p> |
