SOLUTION: The mixed tea A1 is obtained by mixing buckwheat seeds 10 with green tea leaves 20 in a prescribed mixing ratio. The mixed tea A1 is extracted with hot water and drunk. Furthermore, seeds of barleys or wheats such as barley or pressed barley or brown rice may be mixed with the mixed tea A1. |
