PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque screwdriver that reduces a load of labor in turning tightening via a pivotal connection of a recessed journaled cam and a rotary cam. SOLUTION: The recessed journaled cam is journaled on the rear of a rotationally synchronous rotary square bar. The rotary cam with a spring locking hole cut therein and a coil spring fitted therein is fitted on the rotary square bar so as to pivot on the recessed journaled cam. A flanged nut and a locknut for stopping the coil spring under pressure are threaded on the rotary square bar. A knobbed handle has insertion holes punched in the shapes of the recessed journaled cam and the rotary cam, and when removably mounted on the recessed journaled cam and the rotary cam, provides a means for light turning tightening.
