AUTOMATIC CAULKING METHOD AND PRESS MACHINE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic caulking method and a press machine using the automatic caulking method capable of caulking many kinds of built-in components with a different thrust force to materials to be caulked with one press machine. SOLUTION: The press machine characterized by the feature that the press machine is provided with a load cell to measure a thrust force of the press machine, and a thrust force judging instrument which sets a thrust force judging point according to the built-in components and suspends the press machine in case the thrust force reaches the judging point and the built-in components are caulked to the materials to be caulked with the thrust force according to the built-in components.
