PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a solution to higher risks of making physically handicapped or the like happen to tumble and get injured or often leading to tumbling of an attendant together due to unstable physical positions which must be taken by the attendant himself as there is no method but that only relying on labors when persons to be attended suffering difficulty in walking, disabled parsons or the like (physically handicapped) are moved between wheelchairs or the like and automobiles or the like. SOLUTION: A pair of arms (4) horizontally movable which have tip parts (3) shaped like palms that grasp the armpits getting around the back is mounted on an arm base (2) movable vertically mounted on a hand push frame (1) of a push cart. A hoisting device for preventing tumbling is mounted immediately before the parts (3) of the tips of the arms (4). |
