PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed chicken food for frying in oil and a method for producing the same excellent in juicy palatability while retaining chewability as a meat product and rich taste. SOLUTION: The processed chicken food for frying in oil and the method for producing the same uses a chicken block having a size of 0.5-2.5 cm excluding a coating thereof and includes yolk, thermocoagulating protein, edible fats and oils and water in the chicken block. |
