railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicles with lifted roofs, particularly, to railway cars. Proposed vehicle has body mounted on running gear 1 and including walls 2, 3, bottom 4 and opening roof 5. Roof is furnished with wire rope 10 one end of which is fitted in lever and other end is connected to load device providing opening of roof. In transportation position this end of wire rope is secured on car wall. Lever engages with button of lock mounted on roof. EFFECT: improved efficiency, simplified design. 3 dwg
