<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reversible circuit element with a resin part in which a notched section for housing burr generated by die molding is made unnecessary, and to provide a communication device. SOLUTION: The non-reversible circuit element is composed of a permanent magnet 9; ferrite 20 to which a DC magnetic field is applied by the permanent magnet 9; center electrodes 21-23 arrange to ferrite 20, an electric functional element consisting of capacitor elements C1-C3 for matching and a resistance element R; a resin member 10 arranged to the upper section of the electric functional element, a resin case 3 in which ferrite 20, the center electrodes 21-23, the electric functional element, and the resin member 10 are housed; and an upper-side case 8 and a lower-side case 4 in which the permanent magnet 9 and the resin case 3 are incorporated. The resin member 10 is composed of a die molded form, and formed by cutting a cutting clearance 11b formed in a gate port for injecting a resin in a mold and arranged extending over the overall length of one side face of the resin member 10.</p> |
