PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image fixing device constituted so that a heating source may be incorporated with one of supporting rollers for stretching a fixing belt, and the position of the supporting roller incorporating the heating source may be safely shifted in accordance with the forcible change of the moving path of the fixing belt, and to provide an image forming device which can be controlled so that a wide nip part may be constituted in accordance with the fixing processing and a thermal efficiency may be enhanced. SOLUTION: The moving path of the fixing belt is changed by changing the relative position of a pair of pressure rollers arranged opposite to each other across the fixing belt so that they may pressurize each other, and also, the heating source and the supporting roller incorporating the heating source are integrally moved with the fixing belt having the changeable path.
