<p>A system (1) for assisted performance of repetitive functions within a service engagement provides platform for storage and execution of processes and correponding data. The platform includes libraries for storage of application packages (15), assets (16) and artifacts (10-13). Application packages, assets and artifacts from within the library can be associated with engagements to provide models (100) of the engagement and perform functions necessary in the course of the engagement. The assets and artifacts can be repetitively used by various application packages and other assets in order to achieve the various objectives of those application packages.</p> |
