PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator-cooling type superconducting magnet device having a function of detecting abnormalities which prevents a normal operation of the superconducting magnet device, in advance. SOLUTION: Temperature sensors 11 to 17 are installed at a plurality of predetermined portions which are important for an operation of the superconducting magnet device. A voltage measurement means for measuring a voltage behavior during exciting current energization is provided in a current path from an exciting power supply 30 to a superconducting coil 23 via a superconducting current lead 26. A vacuum heat insulating vessel 21 is provided with a vacuum level monitor 18 for measuring vacuum. Furthermore, the device has a data logger 2 for integrating detection a result from each vacuum level monitor, a measured result of a voltage measurement means, a measured result of the vacuum level monitor and various data of operation parameters, and a control equipment 1 having a storage means for storing integrated various data and a transmission means for transmitting the integrated various data to a service center 10 in a remote location as required. |
