PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide battery fixing equipment having good workability, which can contact a terminal of a battery to an electrode having different forms of the batteries and arrangement positions of the terminals. SOLUTION: The battery fixing equipment has a 1st component, a 2nd component, electrodes 30a, 30b, and an elastic component 50. The electrodes are prepared in an one side component of the 1st component or the 2nd component, and the elastic component is prepared to the other side component of the 1st component or the 2nd component. The 1st component and the 2nd component make the battery contact with the electrode by relatively moving to a fixed position, where the battery is held between the electrode and the elastic component. Or, the electrode is prepared in the one side component of the 1st component or the 2nd component, the elastic component is prepared in the component of the other side of the 1st component or the 2nd component. And, it is constituted so that the battery may be possible to be sandwiched and held. The 1st component and the 2nd component make the battery and the electrode contact with by relatively moving to the fixed position, where the battery sandwiched and held by the elastic component and the electrode are contacted with. Moreover, in both the cases, it is constituted so that a distance between electrodes may be changed.
