摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the correction of the halftone of V-T characteristics and the adjustment of the correction voltage of both positive/negative polarities with respect to the generation of a gamma correction voltage for a variation in the V-T characteristics of a liquid crystal panel in a liquid crystal display device having high definition and high quality display. SOLUTION: A first voltage dividing circuit consisting of resistors Ra1, Ra2 and OP-Amp 11, and a second voltage dividing circuit consisting of resistors Rb1, Rb2 and OP-Amp 12 are provided for generating gamma correction voltages V0 and V6. A third voltage dividing circuit consisting of a plurality of fixed resistors, a plurality of variable resistors and OP-Amp 13 to 17 is further provided for subdividing the voltages V0 and V6 into five more kinds of voltages to generate gamma correction voltages V1 to V5. Thereby, the correction voltage of a halftone level can be adjusted without changing the correction voltages of a B point (black) and a W point (white).
