PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain maintenance information existing in a remote place in a work vehicle side if necessary when a failure occurs in the work vehicle. SOLUTION: Individual failure basic information possessed by the work vehicle 11 is transmitted to a control station 14 in the remote place. The control station 14, on receiving the failure basic information, retrieves a part corresponding to the failure basic information from the maintenance information related to the work vehicle 11 having it and transmits the part to the work vehicle 11. The work vehicle 11 side receives the maintenance information transmitted from the control station 14 and uses it for maintenance work of the work vehicle 11. The maintenance information related to the work vehicle 11 unitarily and centrally controlled by the control station 14 is easily and certainly updated. A user, while being on the work vehicle 11 side having the failure, can retrieve and obtain individual detailed maintenance information of the failure of the work vehicle 11 from the control station 14 in the remote place, and easily perform maintain work such as failure diagnosis in response to the information. |
