PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive yarn interlacing equipment of simple structure capable of imparting stable interlacing performance in the length direction of a yarn. SOLUTION: This yarn interlacing equipment has the following construction: respective yarn guides are set up facing on both end spaces adjoining the inlet and outlet of the yarn path of a yarn interlacing nozzle, that is, respective the plurality of yarn guides are set at the inlet and outlet sides of the yarn interlacing nozzle, wherein the respective centerlines of the yarn paths of the above plurality of yarn guides are mutually shifted and a yarn is to butt on the respective inner walls of the yarn paths. Owing to the above construction, the centerline of a yarn can be smoothly regulated so as to lie on the axis of the yarn interlacing nozzle, therefore the yarn can be continually and uniformly put within a jet air turbulent flow group, enabling the yarn to be afforded with stable interlacing performance.
