PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an advertisement effect by the advertisement exhibited for a commodity and improve the number of sales of the commodity. SOLUTION: An auction server 10 accepts the registration of the commodity, for which the advertisement can be exhibited, from a commodity provider terminal 12 and offers the information on the commodity through a network 11. The auction server 10 receives bidding prices for an advertisement area provided on the commodity for the offered information from advertiser terminals 14. The auction server 10 executes an auction on the advertisement area of the commodity based on the bidding prices from the advertiser terminals 14 and determines an advertiser exhibiting the advertisement information. The auction server 10 determines the selling price of the commodity exhibited with the advertisement information according to the bidding price by the advertiser determined by the auction.
