PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business estimate support system capable of improving a customer satisfaction degree and suppressing a risk to the minimum when making an estimate of a system product combined with a plurality of members. SOLUTION: The business estimate support system is provided with an input means 1 inputting the special order specification information of the system product desired by a user, a display means 3 at least reply-displaying an estimate result, a special order basic information DB 5a storing the attribute information of parts for individual products, and an arithmetic processing means 2 executing an estimate for the special order specification information inputted by the user. he arithmetic processing means 2 reads the special order basic information in sequence from the DB 5a, compares the attribute information with each other, judges coincidence or noncoincidence, and makes an estimate at a discount when there is the similar special order basic information having a coincidence ratio, i.e., similarity, of a prescribed value or above. |
