PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect obstacle of a shutter for construction although it has a simple construction. SOLUTION: In one side wall 4a of a guide rail 4, a pressure sensitive switch 5 is arranged overall in the upper and lower directions in such a way that the outside of the side wall 4a is exposed. Meanwhile at the lower edge of the shutter curtain 1 in the same side as the above sidewall 4a, a contact part 2 is supported in such a way that it becomes parallel to the shutter curtain 1 and can freely rotate with a horizontal axis as a center. Simultaneously a striker 3 that extends in the direction from the contactant 2 to the above sidewall 4a is made to press the above pressure sensitive switch 5 from outwards of the above sidewall 4a.
